I saw Richie Sexson hit one half-way up the centerfield bleachers at Safeco (during BP). Had to be at least 500ft

he hit one today too, 3 RBI's as well, as the M's beat the Los Angeles Patrons of Heaven from Anaheim.

It's hard to say. 320 or so to the wall where he hit it, then Landsdowne Street, then some commercial buildings and a parking lot, then the railroad and finally the east bound lane of the Mass Pike. Got to be over 500 feet.

So he gets up again in the 7th and Halladay who has been pitching brilliantly giving up only 2 hits and tied 1-1, unintentionally, intentiionally walks him. Next batter Ortiz crushes one over the bullpen. God, I love the baseball season.

The radio guys are now saying it hit around the railroad tracks...still impressive as hell, though.

he filled in for Griffey last year, I think he is a young player, seems to have good power, pretty good D, hopefully he is getting more playing time this year.

I too love baseball

wow, what a shot, and Dwayne Wades play was pretty nice too, but ManRam was #1.

Wow. Caught it on SportsCenter. Not often you see a ball clear the light towers.

Of course, it would've been even nicer if the bullpen could have held the lead.

Go Sox.
