Just found a great deal on Dell 2500 monitor

Thx to the posters who reccomended the Dell flat screens, I looked around and found out that the local Dell Direct Stores are selling the 2500's for $580 (200 of the list price and cheaper than the 2100!).

Just wanted to let anyone know thats thinking of getting a new monitor like me.

oops, should have looked before I leaped.. noticed the resolution is only 1680 x 1050, and people said i needed atleast 1600 x 1200 to 4 table with no overlap.

if im wrong let me know, but looks like I gotta reorder adn get the 2100.

Don't buy the 2500 there IS some overlap. (its widescreen)

correct, there will be some marginal up/down overlap. But much better for playing dvds. Whats your prority?

mainly playing SNG's, got a pretty nice Sony 40 inch in the living room if I wanna check out a movie.
