Nope, that's an easy fold, unless SB has been throwing a party with his chips and just getting extraordinarily lucky.

If he had TT-KK, then he would have raised preflop. He doesn't have those. I can't put him on a hand that you are ahead of, and there are lots of hands I can put him on that you are behind.

If he really bluffs this much, or he overplays his 77 this badly, then you'll get your chance soon enough.
