I think that's well played. You can't really bet the river short of all in, and in most cases only worse hands are calling you here. I say most because at the 5+1 level I'd value bet this all day, but I think A8 or A9 gets away here, and a small two pair might be playing it passively. Ni han

I think that if you're gonna play AQs from the middle with a limper in front, you oughtta try to buy the button. Position and "betting impetus" is worth a pre-flop price.

Otherwise it looks like you played the hand suitably weak-tight* for this stage of the tournament. SB was willing to check it down and that's probably the best thing to have happened. No need to bet the river here since you won't make a stronger hand fold, and a weaker hand won't want to call.

(*) EDIT: I'm referring to the flop call.
