It's a 1 + 0 and the play quality at this table has been POOR. This guy is a somewhat average player but he has been stealing blinds with mediocre hands (saw a few shown down) forever. He is also bluffing a lot.

Thoughts on my play here?

I would raise more and move in on the second raise preflop

You have to raise more preflop, get away from that min-raise. Make it 850 to go.
