SNG Tracker HELP

I have been importing my HHs from Party and it has worked fine but I have switched to Empire and whenever I try to import is says "file format no recognised" I'm pretty sure I am doing something really stupid but can somebody tell me what it is?

I have changed the defalt player name already.

Sometimes a Party skin HH won't go through SNG tracker for whatever reason, so I generally end up keeping a notepad file open and list the results myself. Once I'm done with a set, I go in and manually input the data.

Doing this also ensures that there are no mistakes made (I'm paranoid about that).

I would really like to fix the problem (if possible), not find another way around it.

yes, I dug up SNG tracker to take a 2nd look at it, tried to import my empire files. got the same message you did, and merrily typed the results back into my spreadsheet. :P

SnG Tracker only works with NLHE games, right?

Haven't tried empire HHs before, so I guess they're not supported. Send ones that don't work over and I'll take a look.

It only supports NLHE games at the moment.

I've been using it with Empire with no problems.
