Hand #1: no, i wouldn't cap. you might be up against TT once he 3-bets. call down.

hand #2: raise preflop. from there i'm not sure because you have better pot odds, but i think i'd fold the turn as well as your BDFD is gone and there is a possible straight. all you have is overcards and you don't know if they're good.

Flop: Since no cap, your hand is likely best although the T is the scary card since he may have a set.
Turn: I really cant see you being ahead now, UTG is calling with something (flush?) but the set possibility is still there. If UTG+1 didnt run out of money I would have called down the turn raise
River: As your betting into a side pot it looks good /images/graemlins/smile.gif
