help keep my ass cool

ok so getting a leather chair for my office at work seemed like a good idea. the only problem is that when it's at all warm in the office, my ass gets totally overheated on the damn thing. so, i wonder if there's some kind of pad or something i can buy to put on my chair that will keep my ass cool. any ideas?
