Kung Fu Hustle

i saw Kung Fu Hustle last night at the Florida Film Festival and it kicked a lot of butt. it was made by the same guy who did Shaolin Soccer...for those that have seen it. i was told it was being released to a wider audience within the next couple weeks. i highly recommend it. martial arts, a couple dance scenes, huge fight scenes, hilarious comedy...it was definitely one of the most entertaining movies i've ever seen. i thought it was much better than Shaolin Soccer.

Great fighting, but I didnt really find it too funny, nor do I think most American audiences will.

The main character is some hotshot Chinese comedian though.

i really disliked shaolin soccer, though i did find it entertaining in some ways. the kind of movie that wasnt so awful that i turned it off in the middle of it, but not the kind i will likely ever watch again.
