I usually check this turn through once I pick up 4 more outs, whereas I bet another blank. I think it's an easy fold to the checkraise, since a pair is almost always no good and you don't have odds to chase the J.

i would hate getting checkraised here, and seeing this river for free is really worth it

After the turn check, I think you have to without a read.

check turn call river against an unknown. Reads could swing it to a bet/fold turn, or check/fold river. I think you have to fold to the checkraise though.
