I dont think folding is part of the question here, its wether to call or 3-bet.

Ill just call here.

I dont think you fit the 66/50 type rule here.

He could have J9.

But, you just 3-bet his checkraise, and then he check raises you again. I think you are beat often enough to not 3-bet here.

Tempting to three bet, but I think villian's stats make me lean towards just calling. 'Course that's only through 50 hands...

he knows you have something big, it's certainly not a bluff check-raise he thinks he has you beat, 3 bet will lose 2 and win 1, all indicators lead to just call

I really can't imagine you're good here more than half of the time. I think he filled up more often than he's check/raising J9 or another AJ. I think he caps either of those on the turn most of the time anyway.

So I call and hope. I think you'll see KQ or QT or even TT a lot here though.

edit...Just to clarify I do realize you need to be good 2/3 of the time to 3-bet but I meant I don't think you are good even half of the time.
