BTW no reads on MP2.

Good call from the blind preflop?

Blech. I'd muck this one preflop; Q9o ain't much of a hand, an MP2 open-raise is generally at least a little legit, and you have no guarantees that the poster will call the raise to even give you 7.5:1.

I like the postflop play, though.

I like folding preflop.

I think you played postflop well though, at least so far.

send it into the muck PF. I like the flop play. I like betting into him on the turn, but what do you do if he raises you with the Ace on the board

I have no idea if this is good or at all wise, but I have a general rule of calling down with any piece of the board HU vs. an EP poster, assuming no reads & he just sat down. This is even more true if he bought in short-stacked; I see tons of players pulling hit & run bluff attacks on Party SS like this.

Yeah as soon as I called I thought...probably shouldn't have done that.

Figured I'd confirm my suspicion. I usually do call Q9s and QTo however...too loose?

Q9s could work, but I don't know about Q10o. the suitedness helps in making borderline decisions for me sometimes

1. Fold PF.
2. How about a read?
3. Never mind; see #1.
