UTG and Button are solid players.

I question your read of the button as solid, given his cc first in from the button after an UTG raise by a solid player.

But it's your read, and you were there, so I'll stick with it. You're out of position, with a hand that is almost definitely going to need to hit to win, against "solid" players (who are less likely to pay you off big time if you do hit). Also, you're not closing the action. Folding is fine, IMO.

A read on the BB would also be useful in cementing the decision.

whether or not you think the bb is coming along is the determining factor here.

Which way? In or out cements it for you? Better with more money, I'm thinking and I didn't think he'd be in the pot.

Meaning it would be okay to play if BB was going to put money in?

Loose & passive. You're about 8.5:1 to flop a set. So to put in 1.6 SB, you need to make about 13.6 SB when you do. There's already about 5 SB in the pot. It's easier to make up 8.1 SB against 3 opponents than 8.6 SB against 2.

If the BB is likely to 3-bet, that's even more money you will need to make up post-flop.
