Every now and then, approximately once in 5 to 10 sitngos I do something really stupid that would make every spectator want to put me on his buddy list. I come over the top of a solid UTG raiser with garbage or fold my BB of 200 when I only have 430 left (before posting) or ... you know what I mean.
I'd like to know if you pros are also human and if yes, at which frequency you blunder.

I think one of the most important poker skills you need is the ability to forgive yourself. It’s a skill I haven't mastered yet, but I'm working on it.

Have a brainfart, forgive yourself, let it go, continue with your 'A' game, and you will be fine.

Have a brainfart, beat yourself up unmercifully, obsess about it for the next 20 minutes, and your bankroll is in real jeopardy.
