guy from state department on cpan interviewed about difference between n. korea and iraq developing nulcear weapons.

"the main difference is that while north korea has been aggressive developing nuclear weapons, iraq has been very aggressive"

oh ok. now that its cleared up for me i just thought i would share that in case anybody else wondered.

finally a direct answer:

"i dont know who has longer range missiles" , north korea, or iraq.

heh.

this is after earlier caller asked why we think iraq is biggger threat than north korea. "we have numerous documents that differentiate between iraq and north korea".

also i liked when asked about his military service he responded by saying that hes serving now, (asst sec of defense for wmd) but admitting that he never served in military for 'health reasons'.
