Anyone else have Eurobet login problems?

I tried creating a Eurobet account yesterday, everything seemed to go fine until I try to login. I can't login to the website nor the poker client. I am definitely typing it in correctly, and it's not something wrong my end. I even tried creating another account on another computer and the same problem exists. /images/graemlins/mad.gif

I emailed them yesterday but they haven't replied, and I don't feel like speaking to a brit on the phone. If anyone has any suggestions while I await their unlikely email, feel free. /images/graemlins/smile.gif
