1-3) Push
4) Read? Button is probably going to call easy, so you will be behind most likely.

IMHO.

I didn't have much of a read on him. He limped a lot PF, and I only saw him raising only when he had ~10BB, when he was the Button or the SB, but that's it.

This one is almost, when are the blinds going up? The blinds have all but passed you, I muck this unless the blinds will be up on your next blind.

1-3) Push

really, you'de push 3? This seems like a really hard decision because it doesnt seem like UTG will fold. Then again, when he does, your increase your stack by 50%

Blinds go up in 2 hands.

1. Fold. Two players with all kinds of nasty overcards have entered the pot (assuming they are somewhat solid).

2. Push. You need get yourself a bigger stack. This is a good opportunity.

3. Push and curse your bad luck when BB calls with AQ.

4. Fold unless button has raised pretty much every hand.

Thats my story and I'm sticking to it.

Yeah, I didn't see a caller for 1, I muck unfortunately.

I'm slowly getting better... I pushed hands 1-3 and mucked hand 4.

I was absolutely unsure about hand 1 when I was playing it, so I decided to err on the side of aggression.

1. Doesn't it make sense to push? If UTG and MP both have overcards, they've likely got some of eachother's outs. You're a favorite to win the hand by about 10% over AK and AQ, and by about the same over AK and 99. There's a chance UTG could fold, also.

Blinds not high enough yet?

Why do you fold the 3rd hand?

I really like the idea of a stop 'n go for hand #4. My only problem is that I don't know to identify spots where a stop 'n go would be an interesting play. What should I be looking for?

The blinds are not high enough, which means it is very very likely you are dominated, but perhaps not as much in the lower levels (as I mentioned in my OP).

I fold the third hand because of the UTG limper, you have close to 0 FE and are never ahead and are frequently dominted.

I'm not sure how best to describe when to use the stop and go to you generally.

Have you read TPFAP? If not, you must. Basically stop and go when you feel a push PF has 0 FE but you have enough chips behind to make your opponent fold with an automatic bet on the flop if they miss.

Usually used when you have less then 7BB's or so and when you are in the blinds, and will be first to act post flop.

Yeah, I did, but I really have to re-read it. I chose to re-read HoH before TPFAP, so TPFAP is the next one.
