Yes I bet the flop, you have the best hand here more times then you think, but then again it costs a whole lot more to make a contiuation bet in the 8000 chip structure, so you might not want to.

If you are having a lot of trouble with these hands then only make a continuation bet on a missed flop if its HU or 3way and they both checked.

BTW it looks more like your up against 777 then a weak ace here imo. (not that it matters much)
