You are probably better than 60% of the posters here whose approval you seek. Especially the ones who have thousands of posts who have nothing constuctive to say.

Yes, they are harder. But not significantly so.

First of all Good Job.
This is at Party right? One thing I just figured out is that I only play at Stars which are 9 seat STT while Parties are 10 person. So average ITM % at Stars is 33% while at Party it only 30%
In Summary, If I only play at Stars my ITM numbers need to be better then what I see people post here.

This is correct. If we assume a uniform distribution of 1st, 2nd and 3rd when you finish in the money, you need to finish ITM 11/30 of the time to break even. This is basically a 36.7% ITM. By contrast, in the Party structure, you need to finish ITM 33% of the time to break even, assuming a uniform finish distribution once again. (The numbers get skewed at higher buyins where the rake is no longer 10% of the buyin, but that's a pretty minor adjustment.)

No one can tell you whether you are 'good' or 'not good' based on the numbers you posted. Also, I'm not sure what 'good' means when asking that question in this context...

Do you want to know whether ot move up? Do you want to know how large your e-penis is? Do you just want to share your numbers?

If those reflect your long term numbers at any PP buyin then you should be very pleased.

Congrats on your first 500....gl on your next X number of STTs... /images/graemlins/smile.gif.

This is my vote for post of the year.

No sarcasm.

For the record, AleoMagus is a guy named Brad, who may or may not have evaluated the OP's skill at poker. The AleoMagus "Beating the Party 10+1" guide is an old post in which AleoMagus the person collected and organized a significant portion of the information. AleoMagus the person has since requested people stop mentioning it, so I won't. The AleoMagus Spreadsheet is a spreadsheet originally created by AleoMagus the person, and later modified by many others, for organizing tournament results. AleoMagus the person has since stopped using it. There has been a fair amount of confusion between AleoMagus the person, the AleoMagus "Beating the Party 10+1" guide, and the AleoMagus Spreadsheet. I hope this clears things up. Thank you for your time.

No they're not. How many $22s have you played anyway /images/graemlins/smirk.gif

"am i good?"

If those number reflect your actual ability then I'd say you are on the right track and your skill level is enough to make decent money at sngs.

Not to hijack the thread here. Blarg....you always have something positive to say. Others could learn from your example. I and Im sure others appreciate the positive comments and the constructive criticism

Now as to the OPs post....Those numbers are pretty good. A $1391 profit is nothing to sneeze at at the $11s. It would be interesting to see your finish distribution as your ROI seems a little low for the $11s. Perhaps you have had a lot of 3rd place finishes. What percentage of 1sts do you have to 4ths? Anyway great job and good luck moving up if oyu choose to do so

i started at party/empire on jan 28. 3-4 tabling. im quite happy with the numbers and my post about "being good" and "how much harder are the 20's" were somewhat sarcarstic. good to know that yugo would chime in with his satire as well. cheers and happy sng hunting.
