I was just wondering if anyone on here regulary plays at Casino AZ? I recently moved to AZ a couple months ago and would just be interested in meeting people in the area that have the same interest in poker as i do. I will be playing tonight so let me know if you will be there.

I've been banned from playing at CasinoAZ. Try OrangeCat, he plays there on occasion.

And what, pray tell, did you do to make this happen? Because CA's tolerance for shenanigans is rather high...

Whats wrong with that? I thought urination was permitted at CA as long as every drop remains on the table. /images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I wasn't banned by the casino, I was banned by my wife.

She's right, I've been spending way too much time playing poker. So now I just sit around and post on 2+2 until 1 am in the morning.

Um... haven't you ever heard of playing online?

1) More profitable
2) More tables
3) No upset wives
4) More productive than posting on 2+2 (now this is the pot calling the kettle black for me, but I can say it anyway... I'm hung over, I have an excuse).

Try for a settlement. Only play 2x a month live. Thats fair in my book.

Playing live was already the compromise, I was two-tabling 100NL for about $50 an hour, but couldn't wake up before 10 am in the morning. I wasn't doing my regular job worth a crap.

So I banned myself from playing online, and said I'd just play at AZ once in a while. That eventually became five days a week and coming home at 2 am.

Sadly I make way too much money doing doing my regular job, much more than I could ever make at poker, so while the time I spent playing was great, on an income basis it's -EV. I think I'll have to wait until retirement before I can succumb to my habit the way I truly want to. Only twenty more years!
