after playing sh poker and getting my butt kicked just enough I am looking into poker tracker. I downloaded the free version and note that it seems complicated. My question is: when I run into problems will I be able to get answers from pt people or are you on your own once purchased? Anyelse I might want to know? thanks as always

PT Support is exceptional. If you have further questions re: PT that aren't specific to Heads-Up and Shorthanded play, please use the Pokertracker.com forums or the Software forum on this website.

Also, PT is not rocket science. If you spend a few hours just messing with it, and reading these forums, you will be a near-expert user.

In any event, if the villians are wiping the floor with you, the problem may not be a lack of PT, but some more fundamental problems with your game. I'm not sure that analyzing hand histories w/out knowing what you're looking for, is the most efficient way to improve.

The best testament to PT support is Pat's response to the recent Party and skins upgrade. He had a patch up within hours.
