Is cold calling medium pocket pairs 66-TT so wrong? I have a really hard time making decisions when a pot is raised and I have them in my hand. How much money or people need to be in the pot to give me correct odds to chase a set here? I mean I think middle pocket pairs are really easy to play in a multi-way pot as they either hit or don't.

Should my play change based on pfr% of the raiser? Obviously if it's a maniac you should 3-bet, but I don't really think it matters what type of player is raising besides that.

Looking at my stats I have cold called 49 times with medium pocket pairs (66-TT) and am averaging 0.91 BB/hand, so there has to be some +EV over folding in these situations.

It depends...

The odds of flopping a set with a pocket pair are about 7.5 to 1 (against).

Your sample size is too small.
