When someone goes all in when should you call? Obvoisly the lowstack with some paint cards but other than that when should you call and what should you have?

Completely situation dependent. Sorry for the nonanswer, but it really is. In general, you want to be the one moving in rather than calling other peoples' all ins if you can help it. For example, you should often move in with KJ and KQ, but rarely should call all in with it.
