generally, casino affiliates are only paid on your losses.

therefore, "rakeback" would only amount to loss insurance of about 20% (i.e. you are going to be praying for no rakeback)

some casinos pay a one time finders fee and maybe you can find casino affiliates to do that. i don't know where, but i am sure they are out there.
