3/6 at Party

I have 77 in the SB, two loose-passives limp and the CO who is tight-passive raises. Do I...

A. Fold
B. Reraise and try to isolate
C. Call for set value

You can call for set value plus the intention of checkraising the CO if the flop is raggedy.

I call. Three-betting sucks because the bad loosepassives are going to come along most of the time and now you have a HUGE pot OOP with an underpair (most of the time).

Given the SB structure, I could see folding as a viable option. But I think it's worth the call, esp if one or more of the loosepassives will call you down with any part of the board (a likely scenario). Plus you are in good position to checkraise the flop if you flop an overpair.

You don't want to isolate here. You're looking to flop your set and get value by having those two limpers come along for one more bet.

There is no fold.
