I can see some guys playing KQ this way. I wouldn't fold the river. Also, bet the turn and CR river if just called gives you a chance to gain an extra bet.

I don't think I'm folding here, because I've seen way too many of these blind vs. blind hands get out of control. He's got AQ here almost all the time but KQ often enough to call (I think).

this is entirely read dependent.

change that to "villain is reasonable" and the fold could possibly be correct. "villain seems reasonable" just isn't strong enough of a read for me to make this fold.

I don't see that enough has changed to make folding even an option here. He raised pre-flop, flop, called a turn raise, and raised your bet on the river. The Q on the river may have hit him, but his actions don't provide much of a clue. "Seems reasonable" means a lot of things in heads up. Call and pay him if necessary. One more big bet? Easy decision.
