Raise A8 or A9o in late position?

i just want to improve my pfr%.
Do you guys raise against typical opponents A8or A9o in MP3 CO and Button?
What if 2 or more limpers in front?
What are other great hand to open raise with?

I raise these holdings in the CO and on the button with no limpers.

With 1 or 2 limpers it is all depending on reads. Most of the time it's a fold.
