I have tie breaking rules (based on the polling history) similar to the seeding rules (to be used in later rounds).

Rounds 4 through 8 will be seeded based on polling results (weighted to adjust for weak or strong opponents). With 6 polls conducted so far (including ReEntry polls), seeding order was calculated by prearranged mathematical formula.

The ReEntry polls were needed because of the random pairings (I didn't want to eliminate a highly hated poster too early just because of who they were randomly paired against).
