What hands am I ahead of?

I'd like a little more than "no".

I think this is fine. There's actually a reasonable chance I just call preflop against these opponents and see if it gets capped behind me.

Change reasonable to always and I like it a lot.

I would save the cappage for when there are other callers in the hand. They need to pay for coming in with weaker hands, but against just a raiser and a 3-bettor I would just call for info.

As for the flop...if you are going to play on again I like calling for info to see if it gets capped behind you.

Though Im not too confident, I like it.

You've capped preflop and they have just 3-bet you.

They both have to have TT/JJ or be way way over playing AK for you to be good.

It looks like you are paying quite a few bets to see a showdown. (you probably have less than 5:1 effective odds on seeing a showdown). And I like a fold.

Would have played it differently. No cap preflop, checkraise the flop and if flop gets capped release it on turn.

And when it's two back to you on the flop what do you do? 3-bet? Call and get stuck in the middle? or fold...?

I think that's inviting spewage.
