Villan was pretty solid ~23/14 type. Am I ahead enough when villan bets this river for a call to be profitable? Also i have been varying calling steals with small pairs, and check raising decent flops, and threebeting them. What are others preferences regarding the play of small pps vs an steal raiser.

I don't think you can call the flop 3-bet unless you plan to call down if the board stays THIS safe.

You've represented top pair on the flop, why not C/R the turn and fold to a raise if he's solid?
