It's a points league as opposed to roto - so it's more true to life where on-base and slugging count, and stolen bases aren't equal to home runs.....
I was offered Oliver Perez and Kevin Mench for
Austin Kearns and Mike Mussina......
I hate to give up Kearns as he was a big sleeper of mine and I think he'll have over 30 HR easy.....but, I have a lot of good bats and I need pitching help.....Mussina's in his twilight and I don't mind giving him up, but what's the deal with Perez?....he had phenomenal KO numbers last year but he's gotten roughed up a bit lately.....and Mench seems to be platooned by Showalter.....
