Where to eat in AC?

I've never eaten outside the snackbar at the Borgata when going to Atlantic City. When I go down this weekend, I want to venture away from my degenercy for a few hours and get a good meal. I was hoping people could give me some suggestions for restaurants in (or near) AC. I'm looking for a place $40 per person or less. Any help would be great.

I've heard of this place called Chipotle's. It's supposed to be good.

Borgata buffet fits your bill and the noodle place there is also a good value. They've got a number of other good restaraunts at the Borgata, but I think they crowd your budget a little if memory serves. I rarey leave the Borg while in AC so I have little knowledge of anywhere off site.
