There is no purpose in taking the burn cards into account unless you can see their value as they are being burned by a sloppy dealer. Otherwise, they are just unseen cards. It doesn't matter if they are burn cards, players' hole cards, or cards remaining in the deck. An unseen card is an unseen card is.....
