Where is the instructional value in this? Why not put this in the Scuba thread where it belongs, seeing how it's the exact same situation, only with QQ -> KK.

Very nicely done.

<font color="white">
Are you kidding me? What are you doing, trapping or being weary of being trapped?

Have you read any of the . . . oh I don't know 2000 posts on here, that tell you to either push or fold with less than 10BB?

4.7 &lt; 10

You baffle me.

i think from the bluff call on the flop to the value check on the river, this hand was executed perfectly. well played suited!

How do you not push this preflop?

How do you not push this on the turn?

This is a push preflop.

I push the flop too because at this point you need the chips and if he has the A then start another one up.

Push pre-flop.

Post-flop? AWEFUL push.

UTG checks, Hero checks.

It is closer then I originaly thought but I still like pushing better then check/call or check/fold.

UTG could have any 2 here and is less likely to have an ace compared to your normal minraiser, AND he has showed weakness in the check. You have an oportunity to double up with a steal.

If you are going to allow yourself into this mess then pushing is your only way out. Waiting for death is not my style. nor is it normally +EV.

Agreed that UTG is less likely than the ordinary raiser to have an ace. However, it's also possible UTG has a weak ace and would call the all-in or is even stronger and trying to trap.

WRONG. Waiting for death ain't my style either but you better believe it is +EV in this situation. Due to a farily severe short-stack in 4th place you have all the time in the world.

Sometimes you stand to be such a favourite on the bubble that you just have to ignore the other stack sizes and try to double up. You need to push this PF. I say ni han if you have QQ but you gotta push the kings. Also to think you are getting called here all the time is crazyness, I bet the villian folds a decent amount, which is a great addition to your stack size.

bah just saw scubas post, very funny..still though the hands are different, QQ plays signifigantly worse then KK against a random hand.

It's the same thing but with KK. I don't see what is funny.

Cutting and pasting is inherently funny. Particularly when you're making fun of morons like Scuba. Ha! That retard thought he could post a hand on here that he found interesting and get away with it! Get with the times, Voltron.

Also, haiku? Comedy gold!

Pushing only gets called by a hand that beats you.
No ace is folding to your push.

Pushing this flop turns KK into 27o.
This is bad.

Let lower PP bet a subsequent street and value call to the river.
