You're hand is not great, but it's decent, and there's 15SB in the pot, so I don't think you want to fold. I would call and see the turn. If it's a non-club, non-overcard to your jacks, you can raise it. Otherwise, you'd probably have to fold unless you picked up some other draw.

Should Hero lead the turn if a blank falls, or go for a check raise? I feel like leading, but both of you said raise so I'm guessing you meant check raise, or thought the player on Hero's right bet. /images/graemlins/confused.gif
