ok, so first off, i think that this is a pretty clear call, cuz well, you've got like not enough chips behind, and a really good hand here, and your 1st place equity is crap if you fold, while not bad if you call and win. i also expect you to be way ahead here a large amount of the time. this correlates with point 2 to come:

your opponent is a known 2+2er, and a decent one. unless i'm hugely mistaken. so not only does that widen his range of hands to almost all of them, but well, there's a lot of non cash utility i derive from busting 2+2ers. so i take my shot here to bust one.

goddamnit, i didn't notice the part of your post in white before posting this. it corroborates my story nicely, but was unknown at point of typing.

Call quickly, you dont have any chips and the blinds are high. Plus he pushed on the button and you (more than)likely have the best hand.

auto-call... you don't have many better places to make a stand... busting out 4th with a pair of tens is better than waiting until you have a dominating hand in a situation where someone is silly not to call.

He's pushing any two here....given who he is.

Easy call IMO.

For the hands you usually post here Scuba, this one is easy:

CALL!!!!!!

I am fairly sure he is stealing with any two cards and you are way out front.

Now the QQ hand you posted I'm still sorting through, good thing I'm not on the clock.

Are you ever chip leader on the bubble??? /images/graemlins/smile.gif

The difficult decisions don't come from being the chip leader. /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Also, this hand has more to do with who the villain is, it was a very dry joke, that only a few got.

I rounded some numbers here and there. ICM suggests you need to win 14/31 of the time to make calling breakeven with folding. If he's pushing with any two, calling is hugely moneymaking, because TT does much, much better than that against a random hand. If he's pushing with a tighter range, calling is still highly moneymaking. There will not be better spots. Call.

I figured as much from some of the previous replies, but don't play PP so I didn't have a clue.

My chip leader comment comes from my praise of your posts the other day and was in jest.

Still working through the QQ post.....

He's the guy who taught Gigabet poker.

Although I haven't seen him play nearly enough to really be sure, I'd say he's probably the best $22er at the moment.

If you're the BB here and are even thinking of folding that is ridiculous.
