raise to $1 pf. On the flop I lead out. If he raises I call. Cehck-raising isn't really a great move 4 handed with a semi-coordinated bored . You could be giving a low pp a free card, but more likely the the gut-shot straight a free card.. or even letting a one pair with another card see a 2 pairing card.

I call most raises on the flop if I lead out here.. except an all-in I suppose.. unless it $5 or something silly like that.

You might be against AQ.. but otherwise your way ahead - why give freebies?

Now you've gone all in on the flop with TPTK... yikes!!!

i have a good idea preflop what UTG+1 has (AK, AA, KK), my problem is with MP1 and the button... either could have AQ or even QQ. I figured betting into this flop would just get a call from either of those hands and i'd be in the same spot again on the turn. I thought checking and seeing what information they would give me was a good option. I'm really not liking this board with 2 people cold calling the preflop raise.

when villain bets the pot (not what you'd expect from AA or QQ here) and the other two fold, i really felt he has AK. if that's the case a good check raise should push him off of it. probably not the best play, but this was the reasoning at the time...

thoughts?
