and so what? That's pretty much what I am implying, if you're a white guy. I feel pretty strongly about the fact that white guys trying to act "urban" and "hip-hop" is one of the most laughable and pathetic things

I have no problem with Jay-Z wearing Rocawear -- why? because it's his line, of course.

I do have a problem with JACE making a brilliant play, in his opinion, and donning some rapper threads - that's just funny. i guess it isn't a problem that i have with it, so much as that I enjoy laughing at how dumb it looks.

Don't think about it terms of race but rather culture. For example it would be [censored]-ing stupid if someone born, raised and living in the suberbs to dress and act like a cowboy working on a ranch in Texas. Unless someone was raised or lives in an Urban area which has a hip hop culture it is quite ridiculous for some dude to be acting a dressing like it. Note this does not have to be limited to white dudes (although most common) but could also apply to a black guy from say a rich neighborhood and private school to who pretends (through actions, words and dress) as though he was from the ghetto. This was used in the movie 8-mile for reference.

Laughing as this type of behavior should be encouraged.

What I think you and I would have a problem with is say people who would look at someone like Bryant Gumble and say he doesn't "act black."

The thing is most people white, black, asian, or hispanic; who dress and act like this are f###ing idiots. Yes, they all bother me equally.

I would never hire anyone at my business who dressed or acted like that. I think it is childish and retarded. If these people were 10 or 11 years old, there might be some excuse for them. But 18-22 year olds acting this way. I am sorry but it is stupid beyond belief.
