Does anybody know what websites are 21 and over and what ones are 18 and over? I know Party Poker is 18, but I don't know about the others.

thats not was he was asking, I would be curious to hear the answer to which sites are just 18 and older. Not worth the risk to play at a site that requires you to be 21 when you are only 18, esepecially when you can just play at the soft games at party.

As far as I know every site but Paradise and Ultimate Bet are 18+, and I have signed up at nearly every poker network. Of course you could just do what I did and skim through the T&C's before you sign up to make sure.

Honestly, its not about taking risks because there actually are almost zero risks. I'm pretty risk averse and I signed up at places like Paradise at 19. There is a 99.9% chance you won't get caught and if you are scared of that then you shouldn't be playing online because there is a 99.9% chance games aren't rigged. Thats what I think at least.

I think what the local gambling laws come into effect too. I remember reading at one site that you have to be old enough to gamble in your local governemnt or something like that. I can't imagine getting caught though, but it would suck if they froze your roll.
