I won money on it, but not with the winner. I went to watch the race with my father, a confirmed horse player, and out of obligation bet two horses to show...wouldn't you know it they finished 2nd and 3rd, with the big favorite out of the money. How sweet it is, usually these throwaway horse bets I make are losers...
