There are 85 players left, pay jump at 81 to just under 100 bucks. Payday is 11.5K for first. Started with 1100+ runners.
I have a below average stack on the button with 51k. I have been stealing to stay at or above 10BB. Blinds are currently 3k/6k with 500a so there is 13500 in the pot PF.
Play has been generally tight with lots of steals. A few have shown bluffs and most hands that have flops either are all-in PF or are all-in onthe flop.
I have stolen or restolen over standard raises to get me where I am now. The only hand that I played, and was seen, was KK vs AKs allin PF that I sucked out a rivered 4 Flush when after an A hit on the turn.
It gets folded to me on the button with 2 cards and just over 8.5 BB.
I have the SB covered although not by much. He has 30K after posting his 3K SB.
The BB just has me covered with 52K behind, after posting his 6k BB, thanks to a double up when he limp reraise allin with AA on the last hand. He has been showing his steals and raises, JJ, QQ AKs etc. In general strong hands. Hasn't really played an other hands to speak of.
Now back to the action:
1) What range of hands do you play here?
2) Can I afford a standard raise here?
3) Is folding all but the strongest hands best here or just plain old weak?
4) What range of hands do you think SB or more importantly BB will play here?
Comments? Then I will give me details on my hand and my play.
