I got about halfway through this video and stopped. It was just too painful to watch somebody suffer like that.

I did this job very briefly. I was easily worse than this.

Damn. Somehow I can stomach people getting run over by trains... but I could only make it halfway through this debacle.

"Later he gets the rebound, passes it to the man, shoots it, and boom goes the dynamite."

Way to get that catch phrase out there dude.

"The asso..ciated press of the all american first team of college bay.. baseball was announced today and Utah's 7 foot sophomore center Andrew Bogaht was the leading vote getting receiving 60 first place votes."

congrats for getting that far!!!

I could only manage 20 seconds and the only reason I got that far was that my audio wasn't loud enough for the first 10 seconds...

You gotta get to the nets/pacers highlight
"passes the ball to the man, and boom goes the dynamite"

I love when he mouths "I'm so sorry" right after the camera comes back on to him.

I've seen this before. The first time I saw it, it was pretty painful to watch. Watching it again just now, had me laughing on the floor.

oh man....I can't even make it THAT far.

Just reading everyone's comments on this guy keeps me from even being able to click on the link in the first place. I'm squirming for this guy BEFORE I even get there.

FWIW - In my time as a radio-sportscaster I had about 2 years + in there where I beleve I was completely unlistenable.

It wasn't a matter of eventually getting used to listening to myself....it was a matter of eventually getting good enough that I no longer completely sucked. Once I stopped sucking I was able to handle listening to myself.

My favorite is when he shuffles his papers around when he's obviosuly reading the teleprompter that he can't keep up with.

I think I could handle the job after a lot of training. I'm generally a good speaker.

Well yeah, most people who actually watch sports would be better than that guy.

The four other players joining Bogaht on the Ap team were senior forward Wayne Summers and Kansas of Kansas...Junior guard JJ Redick of Duke and sophmore guard Chris Paul of Wake Forest rebounded out the list.

Having to report on "Ball State Softball" could throw anybody off their game /images/graemlins/grin.gif.

Okay, this was the funniest thing I've seen in quite some time. I'm in radio sports, have been for 6+ years. You could put a "highlight" tape together of my worst four minutes EVER and it wouldn't even be a 20th this bad. Does this guy pay any attention to sports at all? He says baseball when he's getting ready for the All-American team, he doesn't know the names of the All-Americans. Yikes. I still have my first ever broadcast (play-by-play on TV) - FIRST EVER - and I wasn't even close to this bad in spurts.

I'm not saying I'm the f'n man (well, okay, I am) but how did this guy EVER get a job anywhere near a camera.

P.S. - Was this posted on April 1st?
