I would bet that flop. You show weakness by checking, and there's even a fair chance you have better cards then MP1.

Against one opponent there's also very good chance you'll win if you catch a queen or a king on the turn, so you are getting 1:6,5 to see the turn as you played it, and I would say you have the right odds to call as well. I'm willing to give you almost the full outs for the overcards and you got a backdoor straight.

I'd bet the flop.

With 2 overcards to the board and just one opponent, there are few better chances than this to bet nothing but overcards. It just doesn't get much better than this.

You have to at least bet the flop.

I would also bet the turn if a brick comes.

I think it's weak, you have implied odds here for one of your overcards, and there's no possible made straights or flushes out there. If a club or one of the cards that could make a straight come up, I'd consider check-calling if I hit my Q or K.

Congratulations! Now everytime you check a HU flop that you raised pre-flop, I'm betting into you!

Almost always bet the flop if you raised preflop and it is 3 handed or less. Even against 3 opponents it is usually correct unless you missed completely and they are aggressive and tricky.
I would bet the flop and probably the turn here no matter what hit unless he is a calling station who calls down with anything.

Remember, theres a good chance you could have the best hand. If your going to check/fold everytime you miss then you'll leak a lot of money.

If you're gonna be playing it like this postflop then you shouldn't be raising with it from EP pre flop. Might as well just limp in if you're gonna check/fold barring a King or Queen on the flop. The reason you would raise a marginal EP like KQo is so that you can continue to show strength by betting the flop when it comes with undercards, which it will the majority of the time. Heads up like this you should be betting at it even if an ace flops.

I think you could call one bet here with 2 over cards.

Heads up I would bet the flop after showing agression, If called I would check fold the turn unimproved. He probably won't raise if you bet the flop since he is passive.
