Raise preflop, Raise flop.

I don't like UTG waking up on river, so I like the call.

I count two mistakes:
1) Raise preflop, since you've got the best hand.
2) Raise the flop, to protect and for value.

The way it played out, I like the turn and riv.

I raise preflop. If you get reraised, I just call.

Given the way the action played out, I would raise the flop.

UTG leading into the river is weird... nevertheless, I think I would just call his bet.

Preflop = mistake (raise this)
Flop = mistake (raise this)
Turn = fine, given that you are in this situation due to 2 previous mistakes
River = fine, given that you are in this situation due to 2 previous mistakes

So I guess my count is 2 mistakes. Both of them are very big mistakes.

Even if someone showed you the nut flush draw, you could raise the turn for value.

The way you played it, the turn raise was a good play.

If this came out how you wanted to say it, then it is absolutely wrong. You can't be scared of flush outs!. This would imply that you have the best hand, and they are drawing to beat you. Charge them for the draw, so that you get the most value out of the hand when their draw misses. Also, being scared of a flush draw just because its possible given the board cards that someone has one is terrible, and possibly the strangest instance of MUBS I've ever seen (monsters under the bed syndrome). You are allowed to get slightly scared when 3 cards to a flush are on the board, but even then you should be betting out, and most of the time, calling a raise.

And if you do raise for value, the nut flush draw can't even cold-call profitably without another draw.

Raise preflop.
Raise flop (or bet it yourself if they check it to you).
Bet turn when it's checked into you.
Bet river if it's checked into you, otherwise just call a unsuspected river bet from UTG.

Preflop - bet
Flop - raise
Turn - good
River - raise

Edit: I just saw that it was UTG that bet into you on the river. Good call.

Raise preflop.

The hand plays differently after that.
