Block this river or just check fold?

I have 49cc in the SB of a 1/2 game. I just started and have around the starting 200. There's a limper and I complete. The BB checks.

FLOP J,9,4

I check, BB checks, limper makes it 5 i raise to 15 and the BB folds. Limper calls. Limper has me covered.

Turn 4

I bet out 20 and the limper calls.

River J

Is the board rainbow? What are the stacks? Do you have any reads on LP?

If the board is rainbow, I don't really like the check/raise, I think it signals too much strength. His call without any real draws on the board besides QT make it likely he has at least a strong J. Bet more on the turn.

On the river I think you have to check/fold, unless you think he is on a draw here enough of the time to make you still ahead.
