i'm in the SB with 7 5. 6 handed loose/passive game except for one cronic bluffer, will be clear further down. all limp, i call (correct?), BB checks....

6 see flop for 6 small bets.... 8c7c4d

i lead out w/ mid pair and gutshot, 2 fold, rest call

turn is a [8c7c4d]Qh

the player in the cut off will automatically bet if checked too. so i plan to check raise knowing i have him beat most of the time. also, if someone else bets i'm sure i'm beat. so it's checked to him and he bets. button folds, i raise, remaining player folds leaving it HU.

river is a [8c7c4dQh]6h giving me a straight.

like i said previously...this player is a chronic bluffer. i lead out he raises(i assumes he's trying to represent the straight), i 3 bet, he calls and i take it down. he doens't show his hand. but i'm wondering if i played this well or if i most likely sucked out on him on the river?

thx

Preflop is fine after everyone limped in.

You say cut-off is a chronic bluffer. Why not try to check-raise him on the flop, giving everyone 1:4.5 to 1:5 (if button calls ), against 1:4 to 1:4.5 on the turn with way more risk?
