standard push?

paradise 30 rebuy. about 140 left, 70 pay, average is ~21k. blinds are 1k/2k and 100 ante. i have 12.5k after posting the BB.

i'm dealt 8d 3d. 3 limpers from EP, MP, and LP, SB folds. i check.

flop (4 players, 9.9k): Qd 9d 4c

i push for 12.5k.

I would much rather do this against 2 rather than 3 opponents.

What stack sizes are you up against?

Can someone call with 2nd pair or TPNK without doing damage to their stack?

If you check/fold here and your SB you will have 5.5BB's. If you table was tight and it was folded to LP often I'd probably check/fold and wait for an opportunity to open push.

If you table was aggro this is a good spot to get funky.

right, forgot stack sizes. EP = 35k, MP = 25k, LP = 18k.

i figured i almost had the odds to call a push and there was a relatively low chance of it getting checked around, so i should go ahead and push.
