Quick preflop NL 6max question

Should i be seeing more flops/raising more preflop in short hand because..well...blinds hit you more, or should i be playing less pots thanks to less inviting pot odds?

Ed miller explains this well in his article this month.

Your vpip should be higher as you are closer to the button more often.

It doesn´t mean that you should raise more first in from the CO than you would normally.
