I play the two table $11 tourneys on Empire/Party poker.

Two tables move a little slower and seem more suited to my patient playing style. I seem to do alright. I get aggressive later on of course.

Well this hand happened at level 2 when the blinds were 10/20 . I was on BB and got to see the flop for free. I liked what I saw but the board was a little scary so I went all-in to shut the game down and take the pot right there.

Questions...

Good move or bad move?

What did he have ? I was afraid of the straight. Well the straight draw actually. The straight if made already would have called.

Here is the hand.. How did I do. More importantly what should I have been thinking.. What I was thinking was.. dag that board looks scary, shut this hand down NOW !!

Actually I thought that slow playing was a good idea on the flop, but that 10 on the turn made me think that slow playing is the worse thing a person could do .. EVER.

Why are you playing KJ if you are going to fold when the flop hits you better than you could have hoped for?

The convertor messed that up.

I had KJ on the BB.
Flop comes KJ?
Villain bets 85 or so.
I call, maybe should have raised ?

Turn comes 10. Checked to me.

I go all in.

Villain folds.
