Legally, probably not, I think it depends on the poker site's willingness to lean on someone, which is doubtful IMO.

I don't think you could get your money from someone who wanted to steal it.

i would not ask for any site to lean on anyone.

player transfers can't be reversed, nor should they be.

it is my fault. buyer beware in these situations but the dude's been here long enough for me to not question it at all.

paradise poker does not need to fight my battles, and for $650 it don't matter anyway. big deal, lesson learned.

i have faith and if it turns out wrong, then i am SOL and deserve it.
